At pinktrimmer.com, we are here to provide you with the best customer experience. Therefore, you can return any of our products within 20 days of delivery.

2. Product Status: The product you wish to return must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.

Return Procedure:

2. Get return authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, you will receive an approval and instructions regarding the return process.
3. Send the product: After receiving approval, send the product back to us in its original packaging along with the invoice.
4. Return process completed: Once we receive our product, your return will be evaluated and your payment will be refunded once approved.

Notes:

• Return requests may not be accepted if not made within 20 days.
• Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but in cases where the product is defective or faulty, the shipping cost will be covered by us.
• The return process will be completed within 7 business days after your product is checked and approved.
• The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Used products cannot be returned. If there is a problem with the product and a return is requested, the return will be accepted and sent to the manufacturer. An analysis report will be awaited. Once the product is confirmed to be defective, the entire payment will be refunded to the customer.
